A practitioner of the body and mind's innate wisdom.
I'm Audrey — a somatic coach and private chef. My work lives at the intersection of nervous system science, radical responsibility, nourishment, and vitality.
I came to this work through the reorganization of my own nervous system patterns, behaviors, and identities after living through eight years of addiction of many different forms. Through a deep remembering of what my soul had always been nudging me toward — living a life that felt alive and full of purpose, not just going through the motions. A life full of both physical and spiritual vitality.
I am here to serve the woman willing to stand in the ferocity it takes to live in true accountability with her own becoming. I'm not for the faint of heart — but my commitment is to be devoted to you learning who you truly are, nourishing the body that carries you, and cultivating a genuine sense of joy for the life you're living.
A big part of my calling has always been nourishing others.
Through food, this looks like colorful, carefully sourced meals that feel alive — meals that leave you feeling grounded, energized, and deeply cared for. I believe true vitality begins with how we nourish the physical body. Before my work ever became about the nervous system, it began with the gut. I became fascinated by how deeply our digestion, food, and internal ecosystem impact the way we feel, relate, lead, heal, and show up in the world.
To me, food is not separate from the work. It is one of the most foundational ways we care for ourselves.

Several paths, one through-line.
Each offering is its own container, but the foundation is the same: meeting you in your body, honoring your unique rhythm, and calling you forward to the highest expression of your soul.
Somatic Mentorship.
My signature work. An intensive 1:1 container of nervous system repatterning, deep ontological coaching, and high-touch accountability — for women ready to take radical responsibility over their lives through the mind and body. Where it serves, German New Medicine is integrated as a lens for chronic symptoms held in the body.
Less than two months in and all I can say is wow. Audrey is going to call you out — with the utmost professionalism and compassion — on where you are not being honest with yourself. It is not for the faint of heart. But if you are interested in coming face to face with what is holding you back in life, this is the perfect place to start.Jennifer · Mentorship Client
Nervous system repatterning
The body learns safety through experience, not concept. We work directly with the nervous system to rewire patterns and behaviors through highly-attuned, trauma-informed somatic processing.
Ontological coaching
The deeper inquiry into who you take yourself to be — the unexamined, unconscious "I am" beliefs that shape your life, and the undoing of what isn't actually true.

What clients have said.
I was feeling a sense of chaos in my body and noticing sabotaging patterns that kept me feeling stuck. Audrey held a beautifully safe space for me to feel and express with no filter. It was an eye opening experience to realize the power that lies within silence, noticing, and a loving witness. I feel lighter, more connected to myself, and a stronger sense of accountability to my wellbeing.
I gained deeper access to and safety within my nervous system. I think anyone who is suffering with mystery symptoms or emotional constipation would benefit greatly from this work. I would recommend all of Audrey's body of work to anyone seeking to work at a deeper level than therapy to address the nervous-system roots of their dysfunction and dis-ease.
The ability to feel your emotions in a somatic inquiry does what talk therapy would take years to accomplish. We do not need more tools, more strategy. We need more stillness. Somatic inquiry allows you to be still and allow the body's intelligence to guide you on what needs space to be seen and felt in order to be processed and released.
Drop-in Somatic Session
Using the body as a portal — tracking sensations in a trauma-informed way to complete what the body is ready to complete. A gently guided process meeting your body exactly where it's at. A single 90-minute 1:1 virtual session over Zoom, scheduled when you need it.
Audrey is masterful at tracking and mapping the body in a way that is so gentle, curious, inviting, compassionate, and loving. It felt like my body got a true cellular upgrade and new operating system.Makayla D.

I cook for retreats, wellness gatherings, and intimate events where food is part of the experience. Specializing in family-style, nourishing meals.
The food is freaking delicious. But more than that, she is a spaceholder — her food and her presence serve as an anchor and refuge, especially when we're doing deeper work. She's the perfect balance of a super down-to-earth human being and extremely professional. As someone who has led over 25 retreats, I highly recommend her.AlexanderHost, Illumina Retreat · California
Working with Audrey was absolutely amazing. We had a large group of hungry humans and she catered to us — creating dishes that were both unique and filling. She was flexible with timing around excursions, making sure meals were presented fresh and on time. She truly works so hard and is passionate about cooking for people.RachelHost, Unbound Escapes Retreat · Costa Rica
